Surprising, powerful, and unsettling, KNOCK KNOCK takes you on a journey deep into a mind broken by the past.
An exciting new production of this dark and
thought-provoking piece will be performed and filmed
on Wednesday, 5th June, at 7:30 pm, at Manhattan’s Flea Theatre, New York as part of the Rogue Theater Festival 2024. Details to follow soon.
Introduced by Virginia McKenna OBE, BAFTA award winning actress, wildlife campaigner and co-founder of the international wildlife conservation and animal welfare charity the Born Free Foundation, Touted Folly’s radio production of SNARED successfully premiered in 165 countries on November 18th 2018.
Originally conceived for the stage by Tim Marriott and written by Floyd Toulet, SNARED toured the South East of England in 2012/2013 to critical acclaim from a variety of individuals and organisations including respected wildlife campaigners Will Travers OBE, Ian Redmond OBE and Bill Oddie OBE.
SNARED continues to be broadcast across the world and can also be heard in a full length Podcast.
2019 recipient of an OnComm – an Online Commendation. This new award has been introduced to recognise the best work that is now being presented online or broadcast during the Covid-19 lockdown. This award follows from the OffComm introduced by OffWestEnd in 2019 to recognise shows with short runs, and is linked to our Offies awards which have been running for over 10 years.
Recognised by the V&A National Video Archive of Performance and endorsed by Peter Egan.
